Verify Tellers are in balance and all items are accounted for at the branch level.Reconcile payroll deposits for business that have payroll disbursements for their employees at ECU.Daily review Office of Foreign Asset Control (OFAC) for potential matches, including quarterly membership, upload, monthly loan review and biweekly Auto Attendant searches and loans.Weekly review debit card cam listings, blocking cards in a timely manner.Order and audit ATM/debit cards.Daily ATM EJ downloads, and deposit reports.Assist with ATM issues.Assist with event tracker.Image Wire Funds Transfer Agreements.Backup support to other Accounting Associates.Provide a great experience to each and every member.Consistently comply with deadlines.Learn and continually improve as an Accounting Associate.Abide by ECU policies and procedures in regards to the Bank Secrecy Act/Anti-Money Laundering Act/Customer Identification Program and OFAC regulations.Follow credit union policies and procedures. Requirements Associates degree in Accounting, Finance or Business preferred.Accounting experience a plus.Banking or Credit Union experience a plus.Knowledge of accounting principles helpful.Exceptional organization skillsPositive, friendly, people person.Problem solver with exceptional number aptitude.Team player who is detailed orientedDependableEffective and strong communication skillsBilingual in Spanish is a plus.
