Description

We are a fast paced, International sign frame manufacturer looking for a Production Lead in our Sarasota facility. You will report to, and be in direct communication with, our GM and Operations Manager to implement and follow through with company policies and procedures related to the manufacturing processes that we have in place. • You MUST be bilingual in both English and Spanish. • Have basic computer knowledge. • The ability to work with and understand statistics. • Prior knowledge of “parts” inventory is a plus. • Physical labor, standing and some heavy lifting is required. • Have a positive attitude and work well with others, as you will be leading a production team. • Be punctual, self-motivated, and trustworthy, with an attitude to lead by example. This is a full-time position, Monday thru Friday from 8:00 – 5:00. Health, dental, vision and supplemental (AFLAC) insurances are available after a probationary period.
