Press release from the City of Carlsbad: April 21, 2021 Fiscal Year 2021-22 Community Arts Grants Opportunities The City of Carlsbad's Cultural Arts Office is kicking off its Fiscal Year 2021-22 Community Arts Grants program in support of projects and activities that provide quality arts and cultural programming within Carlsbad. Funds are available for organizations, schools and individuals through a competitive application and review process. The Fiscal Year 2021-22 cycle features a new cloud-based Grants Management System allowing for a more intuitive, user-friendly and streamlined applicant experience. New applicants are strongly encouraged to attend a virtual workshop to learn about program guidelines and the application process. At a glance Virtual Workshop Zoom sessions will be held on Saturday, April 24 at 10 a.m. and Wednesday, April 28 at 6 p.m. Visit the Arts Grants webpage for links to join. Applications for the Fiscal Year 2021-22 cycle are now open for projects taking place in Carlsbad from Sept. 1, 2021 through Aug. 31, 2022. Grant application deadline is Monday, May 24, 2021.
