SYOSSET, NY — Two lanes of the Long Island Expressway in Syosset will be closed overnight next Tuesday for road work. The state Department of Transportation announced that the right and center lanes of the eastbound LIE will be closed at exit 44, the exit for the Seaford-Oyster Bay Expressway, on April 27 from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. Crews will be doing maintenance on the bridge deck.
