Women Self-Defense course In this course we will cover home, workplace, and travel safety. Learn easy efficient self-defense techniques. Your tuition will include bag gloves for punching on targets. A water bottle, Kubotan/self defense keychain and four hours of instruction. Cost is $50.00 for both sessions. Classes are scheduled for May 8th and 15th from 2:00 to 4:00 PM.
