Requirements: • Working outdoors, maintaining bus shelters. • Ability to lift 50lbs plus, climb ladder, operate common maintenance tools. • Able to drive a panel van and/or 1 ton box truck. • Clean driving record. • Subject to random drug testing. • Ability to be at work on time and with overtime as needed. • Knowledge of the City of Pittsburgh and the ability to navigate it. Duties: • Maintain bus shelters throughout the City of Pittsburgh. • Clean, remove graffiti, weed whack, pressure wash sidewalks, pick up litter and general cleaning. • Install glass panels as required. • Maintain safety during all duties performed. • Keep accurate paperwork and the ability to communicate well. • Electrical knowledge a plus (The more knowledgeable, the higher the hourly wage) Summary: • The right candidate will need to show that he or she has some experience in the maintenance field. • Will need to provide references along with their resume. • Provide any situations that may hinder them from completing their duties in detail. • Provide valid driver’s license and means to get to work.
