Dog Seen Wandering Chelwood Park area

Medium-sized dog seen walking around southern Chelwood Park Blvd. White short hair with black patches and possibly a little bit of brown near its face. It seemed mellow, but it did bark loudly at me and dart away when i tried to get close enough to get it on a leash. It does not appear to be a wild dog, as it had a black harness on its back (with silver rings). sorry i didn't think to get a picture. if this is your dog, look near Chelwood and Constitution.
