I have a house in Santa Barbara that I will be putting up for 30-day rentals. I'm located out of town (San Diego) and looking for somebody who can be available to coordinate services, cleaning, and inspections. The right person will be handy and/or knowledgeable about house maintenance and management. They will be detail oriented when looking over the property. And they will be prompt and responsible. This is an hourly gig and a good match for someone who wants to add 2-10 hrs of work per month at a good rate of pay.
