Pathlight is seeking compassionate, caring, and reliable individuals to perform a variety of direct care duties to support individuals with developmental disabilities. Currently we have openings in our Residential homes in West Springfield, Agawam, Westfield, Monson, and Springfield MA. Pathlight offers competitive pay rates and an excellent Benefit Package! Required Qualifications: • Minimum 18 years of age • Valid Driver’s License • Reliable Transportation Relief: $13.60 hr. • High School Diploma or equivalent DSP1 Training: $14.00/hr. • Two Professional References DSP2: after trainings $15.31/hr. • Acceptable CORI and driving record Can’t make it?
