***Lawn Maintenance Personnel*** This position requires knowledge and experience in the art of mowing lawns. (Cutting on diagonals and/or rotating directions). Solid knowledge of operating lawn equipment. (i.e., Ex-Mark equipment 60” and 48” zero turn riders and 48” and 36” walk behinds. Weed Whips, Edgers, and Blowers etc.) required. Experience driving a truck and trailer with ease, including backing in trailers without incident. Qualified applicants may be advanced to crew leader. Such individuals shall be considered based upon their qualities to lead a crew on a job and always maintain a professional mannerism. Strong attention to detail, accuracy and must be conscious of time schedule and provide updates to the office as required via text. Additionally, good attendance is crucial to be considered for advancement! Qualified applicants should also possess a valid chauffeur’s driver's license and have reliable transportation to and from work. Competitive pay and steady work for the ideal candidate. Hardscape and Softscape. 2. Planting shrubs, and various plants 3. Installing sod, mulch, and decorative rock 4. Constructing brick paver driveways, walkways and retaining walls. 5. Installing drain tile 6. Landscape lighting Must be confident operating the following Equipment: 1. Skid steer 2. Stump Grinder 3. Trencher 4. Sod Cutter 5. Power Rake 6. Chainsaws 7. (Misc.) Ideal Candidate will also possess a valid chauffeurs driver's license, and have experience driving a truck and Trailer. Must have reliable transportation to and from work. Must exhibit leadership qualities and maintain professionalism to lead a crew. Must be reliable, with excellent work ethics! Competitive pay and steady work. (After introductory period, raises are based on performance, merit, and conduct). ____________________________________________________________________________ ***Assistant Mechanic*** We are in search of a knowledgeable professional assistant mechanic to assist our lead mechanic in maintaining our fleet of trucks and equipment. We are interviewing all qualified candidates immediately! Must be a motivated self-starter that can competently work with minimal supervision in an efficient manner. Must have good work ethic including ATTENDANCE! Must have your own tools, Must have a valid Chauffeur’s (Driver's) License and reliable transportation. Responsibilities include some of the following: Maintaining our Fleet of Trucks: Inclusive of routine oil changes, Fluid checks, tune ups, changing brake pads, rotors, calipers inclusive of bleeding the brake lines, etc. Auto Repair (3/4 Ton Pickup Trucks, as well as Cube Vans): Qualified applicant will be able to seamlessly troubleshoot, diagnose and repair vehicles in a timely, cost efficient manner. Small Engine Repair: Maintaining all equipment inclusive of troubleshooting, diagnose, and repair quickly. Equipment consists of the following: Commercial Walk Behind and Zero Turn Lawn Mowers, Backpack Blowers, Edger’s, Weed Whips, Hedge Trimmers, Chainsaws, Tampers, Sod Cutters, Snow Blowers, Salters, as well as snowplows, etc. Starting Wages will be determined based on experience; if applicant possesses a valid mechanic’s license; etc. and will be discussed at the time of interview.
