Lost wedding ring

My husband fell out of our car by accident on Sheridan Ave in Medford and busted his head. In the midst of all the craziness I believe he may have dropped my ring which he had in his pocket. Either on the street, in the ambulance or at Melrose Wakefield Hospital. We called around but didn’t get anywhere. I’m very sad about it but I’m just glad he’s okay. He, on the other hand has been extremely heartbroken over losing my ring. Please, please, please if you find my ring, please reach out.
