ILS is searching for skilled, diligent candidates who take pride in their work to take on turning apartments. Turn cleaners will be responsible for cleaning the inside/immediate outside of apartments. Your responsibilities will include sweeping, dusting, mopping, vacuuming, cleaning, and sanitizing all areas and surfaces. To be successful as a turn cleaner, you must be fast and efficient, you should have great stamina, a positive attitude, and dedication to excellence. Top-notch candidates should display strength, efficiency, attention-to-detail, and respect for the property and its inhabitants. Cleaner Responsibilities: • Dusting, sweeping, mopping, and toilets, showers, tubs, decks/patios, windows, doors, refrigerators, ovens, counters and laundry areas. • Vacuuming carpets, upholstery, and any other dusty surface. • Cleaning all surfaces in the kitchen and bathroom. • Cleaning and sanitizing all relevant surfaces. • Handling all furniture and appliances carefully. Cleaner Requirements: • Must have own reliable transportation • No cleaning experience necessary but preferred • Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions • Ability to bend, stand, climb stairs, and stoop for long periods • Ability to maintain a positive attitude If interested, please email S.
