FREE RENT for maintenance person

We are looking for a maintenance person/handyman to move into Evansville Village Mobile Home Park. You get to live for free in a 2 bed/1 bath apartment in exchange for 40 hours of work per month. Also, you get paid for additional work above the 40 hours and you can also pursue your own business. Park residents might have extra maintenance work for you too at their own cost and based on your own bidding. You need to have your own tools, a truck, a cell phone and experience in home repairs/renovations, ideally repairs of mobile homes. If interested, please email a short resume outlining your experience level of the different types of repair work including photos of what you have done (e.g. framing, sheetrock, flooring, plumbing, painting, electrical, lawncare, tree trimming). If you have done work on mobile homes, please specify and send us pictures of the work done. Let us know if you are licensed in any trade and whether you carry liability insurance. Only complete applications will be reviewed. All interested person will undergo a full background check, so don't bother applying if you had any charges in the last 5 years.
