My name is Maika. I manage a short-term rental business. We just need somebody to do odds and ends and different tasks and have the ability to get to these properties quickly and do what needs to be done, and then occasionally we need you to help me go set up a property where we work all day. We pay $25/hour. We have 2 properties in Palm Springs, CA. (Snow view and Coral St.). We need someone who can be on call whenever a guest is having issues with the property. We want someone who wants to grow with us and work for us long-term as we are expanding the business in the area.
