The Position : Lead Driver Requirements : Be 25 years or older Possess a valid driver's license - with a clean driving record Have the ability to lift/carry 100 pounds repeatedly throughout the day Be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check Must be able to stand, walk and maneuver belongings for extended periods of time (8+ hours daily) Must be available to work 6 days a week (Mon - Sat) Must be available to work 8+ hours a day if required What You’ll Do Your #1 goal will be providing a positive Remoov experience for our customers. Drivers safely load and unload customers' belongings, and maintain an open line of communication with one another and the customer throughout the REMOOV process. Our drivers also: Act as the team leader for your REMOOV team, and execute a game plan for the shift Safely drive and maneuver a 26-foot moving truck Wrap and secure all belongings collected for safe transportation Complete daily truck inspections and weekly equipment inventory Complete the REMOOV process via our Driver App to provide our users with full transparency Position Details This position will be starting at $18 per hour and will guarantee a minimum payout of 40 hours per week. Shifts start at 7:30AM with the final pickup slot being 2-4PM, these shifts are Monday through Saturday. We will provide all necessary moving blankets, furniture wrap, tools etc.
