We are " My Place, Just for Kids" In-home Daycare and Preschool, est 2001. We are located in Santee. We are looking for a dependable, reliable, mature helper to work with us in my home daycare, M-F. Must be strong, a leader who is outgoing motivated to learn, a hard worker, and extremely reliable. We are a large Licensed Home Daycare that operates as a PRESCHOOL and we looking to hire very soon. APPLICANTS MUST HAVE CHILDCARE EXPERIENCE AND ANY RESUME SHOULD REFLECT THIS. Nurturing, creative, energetic, and highly motivated people should apply. ECE units not required but desired. Should be interested in learning more about the field of child development or working with small children. Must have experience working with YOUNG children ( ages 1-5) and if so, please send me over a work resume CHILDCARE RELATED ONLY. If you possess any child development units. If so, please list them. We are looking for someone who has both the above mentioned. Pay is dependent on experience level and education pertaining to child development only. CHARACTER TRAITS: Applicants should consider themselves a HARD WORKER and take pride in their work (Great work ethics), must be professional and have great customer service, must LOVE kids, and be NURTURING but firm (experienced) to have kids respect you. I want someone outgoing (not shy), talkative, fun, and easy-going. In addition, I need people who are CLEAN and organized. This is a home daycare. People live here and daily cleaning is a must... so those who don’t think a little housework is beneath them please respond! :) Non-smoking applicants only please apply. Please, no excessive visible tattoos or unusual piercings. Keep nails trimmed and makeup light. ATTIRE IS SPORTY, ATHLETIC. NO CHILDCARE SPACE IS AVAILABLE. Applicants with children should have backup care. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Employees must have reliable transportation; be dependable and punctual in attendance at ALL times. Please, no drop-offs or waiting on your ride. I want someone who is mature and flexible enough to come in early or stay late without being dependent on someone to transport them. You must be live scan fingerprinted and have clearance or get immediately at your own expense and this must be done before the start date. ( I can show you how to obtain all necessary requirements). This is a FUN, fast-paced environment. I need quick learners with fun personalities who aren’t afraid to get down to the kids' levels and play games with them, possibly get dirty or wet through play and be ready to work!
