Masonry Needed Around Flower Beds

I have three flower beds that total 82FT. I need someone that has experience building landscape borders/edging with stone and brick. You must supply all materials. I need the areas reinforced with rebar, concrete and they must also have weep holes for proper drainage. I am paying $1200 cash once work is completed. Attached are examples of what I am looking for. Please text me pictures of jobs completed that are similar for reference. I am located off Tezel/Silent Sunrise.
