COLD IRON EXCAVATION Inc. is looking to hire an experienced equipment operator and a Laborer with grading experience utilizing machinery for a variety of tasks including earthwork, loading vehicles, placing materials, compacting, back filling and grading operations to specified grade. **Must have 1yr experience with Excavator, Skid Steer, Loader. **Performs routine maintenance of equipment checking fluid levels, maintaining tire pressure and changing implements and attachments. **Position will require long hours as necessary depending on weather conditions. Must be flexible and willing to work overtime as needed, including occasional Saturdays. **Works independently within established procedures associated with a specific job. Must be a team player and create a positive environment. **Position does require manual labor, some hand digging and the ability to lift 75 lbs. **Valid Driver's License with clean driving record and reliable transportation. **Must be able to work in inclement weather. **Wage depends on skills, experience and production.
