Established property management company has a full-time opportunity for someone with quality experience who can fix, replace, demo, refinish, paint, do basic electrical repairs, fixtures, plumbing, roofing and clean up for multiple locations in the Los Angeles region. We have steady work for the right person. Position requires travel to surrounding properties on an as needed basis. Must have valid driver license and reliable transportation.
