Job Type: Full-time- 8 or 10-hour shifts Experience: · Landscape Construction: 3 to 5+ years experience We offer 25-35 hourly with an FT schedule and Benefits ·Must have a valid driver’s license (required) The majority of projects are within 30-45 minutes of Southborough We are looking for an experienced, reliable, and motivated Landscape Construction Foreman to join our team of landscaping professionals. As a Landscape Foreman, you will be part of a small team with the highest priority of making our community’s landscapes their healthiest and most beautiful. Works with the Landscape Operations Manager to implement and manage landscape projects from beginning to end. Responsibilities: · Oversee crew members, assign daily tasks and ensure jobs are completed on time. · Maintain all landscape equipment. · Assist crew members in planting, mulching, staking, plant care, and paver patio and hardscape installation. · Handle onsite customer concerns. · Manage hours on-site to stay on budget. · Maintain accurate and timely records at each job site. · Communicate with management daily any concerns/problems that arise in the field. · And all other duties assigned by management to support the business. Requirements: · 3 to 5+ years of experience in the landscape construction field · Proficient in various masonry applications · Proficient in the plant, lawn, and landscape applications · Ability to read a blueprint and build in the field · Experienced with project layout and grading · Quality control of projects and general site, including running a safe and efficient crew · Ability to track and document material usage and construction progress · A keen eye for quality craftsmanship and overall attention to detail · Ability to operate skid-steer, excavator, and other industry equipment · Routine maintenance, care, and management of equipment
