We are a well-established high-end residential landscaping company based in Bend, Oregon with about 20 employees. Currently, we have a position open for an experienced landscape construction/installation foreman or lead. The position is full time, 40-50 hours per week, during the season (Mar-Dec). We’re looking for someone with 3+ years in residential landscape construction, who is ready to take on a leadership role with our crew. Desired Experience & Job Duties: Experience with a variety of landscape components including irrigation, planting, hardscapes, and grading. Interpret plans. Schedule and prioritize work. Work with clients to ensure a high level of quality and satisfaction. Operate heavy equipment (mini excavator, skid steer) and drive trucks and trailers. Work alongside and motivate members of your team to complete high quality work. Good working attitude, communication skills, and leadership abilities.
