Local hotel with 371 guest rooms and over 21,000 square feet of restaurant, bar and meeting room space looking for full-time and part-time maintenance technicians: Maintenance technician must be well versed in facility maintenance with the ability to identify and repair basic plumbing, electrical and HVAC problems. Basic carpentry skills to include sheetrock repair, door repairs, door locks, tile repair, and wallpaper repair. Daily duties . Handle all repairs and work orders . Perform preventive maintenance on mechanical equipment . Complete daily maintenance records and logs . Troubleshoot and diagnose malfunctions in mechanical systems and equipment Should be flexible with scheduling - Night and Weekend availability.
