Commercial Cleaning - Licensed Crew Needed

I'm looking for a licensed and insured cleaning crew (could be a small family business) to sign up with my company and take on a pair of jobs in old town Folsom. The work is actually two different restaurants in the same building, one on the first floor, one on the second. These are reputable places, and the building was brand new in the last year. Payout for both is $4,000/month. One of these is 7 days a week, the other is just 5. You will be cleaning the Restrooms, and floors throughout. We don't touch any of the kitchen equipment, other than floor mats. An accurate estimate on time spent is right around 6.5 hours per service when both places are done (3hrs & 3.5hrs). You will need your own equipment and supplies. This is a reoccurring janitorial contract. Cleaning is done after hours. I have a company that manages janitorial and other services for small businesses, offices, restaurants, etc. We do the sales, customer service, billing, etc. and you do the cleaning. You must be legal, have a business license, carry insurance and take pride in your work to become an affiliate with my company. Once you do though, we can work together and both grow our businesses.
