DISTRIBUTION INC. is a Midwest leader in providing comprehensive logistical warehouse storage solutions, is seeking a JANITORIAL GENERAL BUILDING MAINTENANCE tech to assist with the daily maintenance of our warehouse and grounds. In this exciting role, you will have a variety of responsibilities including, but not limited to, the following: • Floor Care: vacuuming, mopping, carpet spotting, polishing. • Surface Care: dusting, sanitizing, glass/mirror/wood polishing. • Waste Removal: empty trash, pick up any outside grounds trash. • General Building Maintenance: repair, replace, maintain, and perform preventative maintenance on and around facility and grounds. • Safety & Compliance: assist Safety Coordinator with compliance with all company and OSHA safety policies, practices, maintenance instructions, inspections and procedure manuals. • Grounds Maintenance: pick up trash, mow grass, pull/spray weeds, assist with snow/ice removal, general grounds maintenance. • Qualifications include, but not limited to, the following: • Handyman, janitorial & building maintenance experience preferred, but not required. • Communicate in English, both written and verbal. • Mechanical or handyman skills preferred, but not necessary.
