Prestige Storage Management is a full-service Management, Acquisition, & Development Self-Storage group. Started in 2015, we have grown from 1 property to 11+ in four years. We are looking for a self-motivated and skilled maintenance worker to preform upkeep tasks such as repairs and cleaning with experience handling multiple properties. Job Role & Responsibilities: Self Storage Roll Up Doors: -Adjust spring tension & replace springs as needed Change locking hasps -Tie pull down rope to handles Insulation Repair: -Repair fallen insulation / replace as needed Roofing: -Inspect roof for possible leak issues & replace fasteners or other minor fixes Painting: -Includes anything from minor touch ups to bollards and exterior of building, or full painting of the office Housekeeping: -Any cleaning necessary in new or vacated units Grounds keeping: -Pulling weeds, pruning trees and shrubs, sweeping, raking, tidying up of mulch, gutter cleanings, etc Snow removal: -Light shoveling, laying of salt, etc Golf cart repairs: -Ability to help patch or change tires and light cleaning -Ability to do minor battery maintenance -Minor HVAC maintenance (changing filters and troubleshooting issues) -Ability to communicate professionally with managers and home office -Problem solving skills including diagnosing and suggesting resolution, not afraid to attempt new situations -Ability to self-manage and set/meet goals with minimal oversight including maintaining an organized schedule -Travel between properties to perform maintenance tasks needed Requirements: -2 to 5 years in maintenance position -Can travel around Central Ohio -Proven ability to consistently meet and exceed performance standards -Able to prioritize multiple projects -Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle Compensation: Hourly pay: $13-$25 1099 Travel compensation possible Job Type: Part-time Pay: $13.00 - $25.00 per hour
