We are seeking for a Field Supervisor & Security Officer-Floater to become an integral part of our team! we are searching for people that seriously want to work and grow within our company, you will oversee and coordinate the daily security operations of the assigned facilities. Responsibilities: · Reports to Operations Manager to support operational needs · Supports scheduling needs at accounts during shortages due to: suspensions, no shows, call-offs, holidays, vacations. · Acts as additional support during start-ups at new accounts. · Available to work in short notice for special assignments as necessary. · Mandatory availability to work on all weekends, overnights and holidays with limited notice. Expect to work on any day and at any time. · Display exceptional customer service and communication skills · Expect to work more than 40 hours a week Requirements: · Positive work attitude · Must have a perc card · One year of previous security experience · Be able to pass a criminal background check · Be able to move around · Be dependable, willing to assist at any time · Be able to train guards · Clean professional appearance · Dependable transportation · Bilingual is a plus · Pay rate depending on experience ($16-$18) Please reply with your full name and phone number and we will call you ASAP.
