We are seeking an experienced maintenance technician with the ability to start as soon as possible. Experience in the following are helpful Light Plumbing (including toilet replacement) Light electrical work (changing outlet covers, putting in a GFCI, etc) Appliance troubleshooting HVAC Repairing walls and Painting (with accuracy, speed, and no mess) Turning Over Apartments (install flooring, tile, update/install hardware such as hinges and door pulls, etc) Ability to adapt to changing situations with ease, will require little to no training, ability to move quickly, reliability, dependability, and must be okay with being part of the on-call rotation.
