Maintenance person needed at 45 unit apartment complex in SW Oklahoma City near SW 59th St. and May Ave. Job requirements: Interior: Deep cleaning, painting, installing & repairing: drywall, countertops, blinds, facets, appliances, cabinets, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, installing carpet, tile, and laminate. Exterior: Deep cleaning, painting, shingle roof repair, installing and removing insulation, caulking, repairing and replacing windows, doors, siding, building trim, occasional masonry and others exterior building repair and restoration work. Lawn mowing, trimming, maintaining exterior fences and gates, carports, and any other building on the property. Maintaining parking lots, sheds, laundry room, office, sidewalks, removing trash and generally exterior cleanup. General property maintenance including cleaning units when necessary for move in and move out, performing inspections, spraying interior and exterior for insects, and deodorizing apartments. Manager will also have other odd jobs to perform around the property.
