We are currently hiring catering staff for upcoming events in the Dallas / Ft. Worth area. We are looking for polished, dynamic, customer-service oriented individuals to join our team immediately. Candidates must be detail oriented and committed to delivering superior hospitality to our guests TIMES: Thursday, May 13- Sunday 16th 10:00 am – 7:00 PM. Must work all days. Also future events available LOCATION: McKinney TX 75070 PAY: $18.00 Per Hour- W2, Paid by direct deposit one week after the event ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS · Exhibit a positive, enthusiastic attitude committed to a teamwork effort · Assume all duties and responsibilities as assigned by a department head · Set up of catering service according to client/customer requests and banquet event orders · Must perform wait and service standards within specific time frames · Must always be aware of guests in the room and be attentive to their needs · Must have knowledge of the menu and an ability to give a good “flavorful” description · Exceptional customer service expressed in a professional manner, to the degree of which our guests are satisfied · Ability to hand carry 2-3 plates for seated service · Maintains appearance and cleanliness of food service areas during event · Replenishes wine tea and water during high profile events · Break down and clean food service areas and equipment post event; returns equipment to proper storage area. · Other duties and tasks as assigned by manager · Basic wine knowledge UNIFORMS • White polo shift, tan khaki slacks, non slip black shoes and black belt · solid black or white button-down dress shirt, solid black dress slacks, solid black fitted vest, solid black long or bow tie, solid black socks, solid black catering shoes *QUALIFICATIONS* · Demonstrates excellent customer service skills · Must be TABC Certified · At least 2 year of fine dining/country club experience · Clearly communicate in English · Must have reliable transportation · Must be 18 years of age or older · Must have valid driver's license · Must be able to pass a background check · Must have natural colored hair and no visible tattoos or piercings · Must have a working cell phone (any provider is fine) TO APPLY: If available, interested and qualified, please send your resume to apply Subject Line: McKinney TX Catering Staff We look forward to hearing from you soon!!!
