Executive Building Maintenance is seeking quality, motivated Floor Technicians to join our team in providing our clients with an environment that is more than clean. Our positions start at $12.50 per hour and are located in Chester, VA. Candidates should have knowledge of Floor Tech duties such as stripping, wax application, daily and weekly floor maintenance, proper use and disposal of floor chemicals as well as proper use and maintenance of equipment. Candidates must complete a Criminal Background Check and Tuberculosis Screening. If selected they should also have access to a reliable means of transportation, The schedule will be Monday - Friday 4 p.m. - 12 a.m. with occasional weekends as needed for Project Work.
