Property Technician – No CDL required. $500 retention bonus All Care Services LLC, of Kansas City, KS is seeking a full-time Property Technician to safely and efficiently operate our sweeper trucks and ensure that our client's properties are looking outstanding! AM and PM shifts available. Our Property Technician earns a competitive wage of $13.00-$15.00/hr, depending on experience and qualifications, and a $500 retention bonus. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A PROPERTY TECHNICIAN As a Property Technician, AM shifts begin at 7am and PM shifts begin at 8:30pm. You use the best safety protocol as you operate our sweeper trucks. You do quite a bit of walking as you scan the area for debris or trash. With your previous experience in the janitorial field, you aren't afraid to get your hands dirty. You keep an eye out for any safety hazards as well as ensure our sweeper trucks are clean and well-maintained. QUALIFICATIONS • 21 years of age or older • Valid driver's license and clean driving record • Ability to clear a drug test upon hire • Able to lift up to 50lbs on occasion • Schedule flexibility Any previous experience operating a sweeper truck is a plus, but not required!
