Must be a team player with minimum 1 year automobile related service experience. Job description; Answer phones and greet customers. Evaluate customer concerns and prepare work order. Computer diagnostics and explain necessary repairs to customers. Prepare written estimate and present estimate to customer. Order parts and communicate with technician to ensure timely repairs. Cash out customers and present final invoice.
