Actually we have Constitutional carry in every state. It's called the 2nd Amendment.
The Texas HB 1927 Bill is not dead.
It is getting stalled in the Senate.
That will change, the Bill will be voted on and will pass.
I, have a License to carry, just like millions of Texans and other American citizens.
Right now to take the silly little class to get a Texas Licence to carry, you have to wait for almost a year because all classes are booked up.
The ONLY thing HB 1927 (Constitutional carry), will change is lawbiding citizens who can pass a background check to buy a gun can also carry it, without paying the government for a permission slip.
