Renewal by Andersen of Des Moines is the replacement division of Andersen Windows, the largest and oldest window manufacturer in the nation. Lead Window Installers perform window and door replacement in customers homes. This includes setup, installation and clean up. This is a full-time position as an employee and includes full benefits. Qualifications: • Excellent communication skills • Strong focus on customer service with the ability to explain installation processes and answer homeowners’ questions • Time management skills with the ability to work independently • Ability to lead a crew • Collaborate with Project Manager • Adhere to proper safety techniques • Helper, truck, trailer, and tools provided Skill Requirements: • 4 years of window installation OR construction remodeling experience preferred • Metal brake experience • Good finish carpentry skills • Ability to lift up to 50 -75 pounds • Climb ladders up to 30’ • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions • Applicants must have a clean driving record and pass a pre-employment background check Pay: $25-$35 per hour, based on experience Benefits: • Health Insurance • Dental Insurance • Disability Insurance • Retirement Plan with 3% match • Paid Time off • Paid Holidays • Flex Time
