We are looking for highly organised candidates with excellent interpersonal skills for the position of Event Design Helper. Event Design Helper is responsible for setting up and breaking down setups, working under the instructions of an Event Manager, inspecting equipment for damage after use, managing and organising the warehouse and checking equipment against an inventory list, among other duties. Moreover, Event Design Helper needs to constantly be on their feet and will have to do heavy lifting frequently, requiring physical stamina and high energy levels. Event Design Helper may also be required to work odd hours of the day and be required to travel on certain events. Event Design Helper Responsibilities: Setting up and breaking down event setups Unloading equipment from trucks and setting up venues for events, including chairs and building stages. Working under the instructions of an Event Manager. Adhering to event safety standards. Ensuring excellent levels of customer service. Inspecting equipment for damage after use and checking it against an inventory list. Packing up equipment when the event is completed. Event Design Helper Requirements: Outstanding organizational skills. Diligence and attention to detail. Exceptional interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor. Excellent written and verbal communication. Physical stamina and high energy levels. Good problem-solving skills. Ability to perform under stress. Excellent multitasking ability. Conflict management skills.
