Property Management company is looking to hire part-time an individual that can be part of a small property management team with the following jobs: • Work with tenants to assess and resolve maintenance and rental issues • Show vacancies • Commute to several properties within a 15 minute drive from O'Fallon IL Maintenance includes: • Replace high ceiling light bulbs • Inspect / test appliances • Light cleaning of common ways / turn-over apartments • Assist maintenance team with other tasks Job requires 12-30 hrs a week, but open to employee’s preferences and fit. Bonus for additional skills in HVAC, plumbing, repairs, electric (but not required). Flexible hours are during normal working hours is 9-5, but occasional after-hours or weekend hours may be required for issues that may need more urgent attention.
