life after brain surgery

I had brain surgery back in 2005 due to a tumor. After my surgery and being permitted to return to work I couldn't do what I did prior. I was a director of a country, in charge of personal, annual budgets etc., I kept trying but mentally I just couldn't do it. Approximately twelve years ago I decided to become a carpenter and became pretty good. At the same time I'll forget how to do something that I've done before. Of course my employers would get frustrated telling me how to do something that I've done before. About a year ago I started doing projects on my own due to not bothering my bosses, if I can't remember something I'll pull out my phone to remember what/how to do it. It would be nice to find an employer that wont get frustrated with my limited mental abilities. If any of you know someone or where to get mental help please let me know. I have pictures of some of my previous jobs if you'd lime. Thank you
