Dependable Hauling solutions is hiring Haulers to service our customers in the Dallas Ft worth area. We provide Junk removal, Moving, and Pick up and delivery services. We are looking friendly, hardworking, responsible, professional, and Dependable people to help us provide top notch service to our loyal customers. You would do this by going out each day to our customer’s homes, protecting all of their belongings, loading them on the truck and then delivering their belongings to their home, and setting things up if requested. If you’re not an experienced mover don’t worry we are willing to train. You will also do junk removal and furniture pick up and delivery. We offer competitive weekly pay with direct deposit, daily tips and a fun, family like, work environment! We also offer employee referral bonuses, and promotion opportunities from within! We are committed to taking care of our employees because we know they are the most valuable asset to the company. Pay ranges between $13-$20 an hour plus tips! (80 % of our customers tip!) We are looking to hire 2 or 3 extremely dedicated, friendly, hard-working crew leaders who will also be drivers. This is the perfect position for a lead from any labor type job. We are also hiring several friendly hardworking helpers. We will teach you how to carry and Load furniture, load and break down junk, how to use dollies, how to pack a truck, how to assemble, and dissemble furniture, how to pad furniture, how to drive a truck and trailer, and much more. Duties include: * Provide excellent customer service. * * skillfully move, pack, and unpack customer belongings. * * Great customer upon arriving at the specified location and complete a walk-through of the premises communicate professionally in English both verbally and in writing. * * comfortably interact with customer. * * Do truck inspections for safe driving and check moving inventory * * Accurately complete paperwork and collect payments * Load and break down junk and take it to the land fill * The perfect person for this position is: * Very friendly, and personable easy-going * Is a problem solver and able to weigh pros and cons of various situations * Is dependable and able to follow procedures without reminders. * Brings up people around them, and doesn’t tear them down * Has a very hard work ethic * Is clean cut and well groomed * Is excited to learn and grow as a person * Has an understanding and respect for company margins * Is reliable will show up on time and ready to work * is physically fit and able to lift 75 to 100 pounds on a daily basis * can communicate effectively with customers and crew * provide exceptional customer service to our customers * must be able to pass a drug and background check (We are a felony friendly employer) * can navigate working in training new people * has a valid drivers license with a clean record and ability to drive large truck safely * Is tech savvy can use gps, and get contracts e-signed Go to dependablehauling.net or call 469-610-1234 to apply! no
