This position is helping load waste and recycle on a truck. Our trucks are partially automated so minimal lifting is required. We offer medical, dental and vision plans to eligible Crew Members at a low cost (currently $150/month). We offer paid time-off that increases with tenure which includes a sell back option. The money in the account belongs to you as soon as you accrue it. You earned it. We encourage our Crew to grow their knowledge about the waste industry. Our Route Directors (supervisors) started as Team Leaders. Team Leader (drivers) in many cases started as Helpers. Rhino Removal is a commercial and residential waste management company with an awesome culture. Full time positions are Monday - Friday with the occasional Saturday. Waste experience preferred but not required.
