Now hiring PART TIME/FULL TIME Drivers and PART TIME/FULL TIME Movers in the Portland metro area. We are PDX Movers and our warehouse is located in Tualitin. We are looking for people with determined, winning attitudes and a bold work ethic!!! Ideally you have experience driving and moving. However, we are willing to train any candidate who fits our culture of being the best in the moving game, and wants to contribute to a warm and positive team environment. Looking out for each other is extremely important to our team. For driver applicants, the trucks we drive range from 16'-26', and are all non-cdl trucks, meaning no special license besides a driver license. We offer pay increase at your 30, 90, and 180 day mark of employment. We pay a SIGNING BONUS to drivers with box truck driving experience and a clean driving record! Ask us about it during your interview. We also offer MONTHLY BONUSES to all crew members. Monthly bonuses are usually in the $50-200 range for each mover, but can be higher or lower based on performance. All Driving and Moving Associates are eligible for tips from our customers. Tips range from $5-100, but are usually in the $10-30 range per mover for every job. Our culture: We have a team first mentality! We focus mainly on moving but we do have the occasional furniture delivery route as well. If you're interested in traveling, we offer long distance opportunities to our drivers who are capable and enjoy the road trips. These jobs usually pay more, and can take you anywhere in the lower 48 states. Position requires the ability to lift 50-100 lbs frequently and candidates must be able to work varied hours (typically 5-10 hrs in a given day, sometimes more), including some evenings and weekends. ______________________________________________________________________________ APPRENTICE DRIVERS & MOVERS: Must have a good attitude. Must have a good work ethic. Must work well in a team atmosphere. We train the rest. EXPERIENCED DRIVERS & MOVERS: Must have experience with commercial driving. (non-CDL trucks) Moving experience preferred. Leadership skills/abilities preferred.
