Local restoration franchise office is currently accepting applications for the position of a water restoration technician. Applicant must have their own reliable transportation to and from work as well as for emergency services when on call. The position is offered as full time or part time. Experience: A background in restoration, service or construction industry is helpful. Experience dealing with customers and working in a team environment and/or leadership experience will be considered in starting hourly offer. IICRC WRT, ASD and/or FST certification a plus but not required. No experience in restoration field required but appreciated. We are willing to train and certify the correct candidate. We are looking for an individual who possesses the following skills: • Great attitude • Willingness to Learn • Exceptional Attendance and Punctuality • Ability to resolve problems quickly as they arise. • Ability to work in a team environment • Ability to read and follow directions and procedures • Ability to read and write English clearly • Ability to remove baseboards, trim, drywall, flooring • Someone who is detail-oriented • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills Must have a valid driver's license and a clean background. No felonies or "trust" misdemeanors (theft, violence). We are a drug free work place. Hourly plus overtime as demand permits. We offer sick pay, sign on bonus and referral bonus!!!!
