We are looking for a full-time maintenance technician to be a part of the EPIC Property Management team. This position will work in the preparation of apartments for renting to prospective residents along with maintaining occupied units for our current residents. General knowledge of mechanical, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and use of power tools is needed. If you enjoy troubleshooting and problem solving while working with your hands, then this is the position for you. We are looking for employees who take pride in the tasks they perform.
