The primary objective of the Slot Technician is to maintain the performance of Slot Machines. This would include maintenance and repair of electrical slot equipment, installs, slot moves and modifications and all related stands and signage of machines. EXPECTED CONTRIBUTIONS INCLUDE, other duties may be assigned: Adjust and repair machines, replacing worn or defective electrical or mechanical parts, using hand tools. Ensure an adequate amount of surplus monitors and parts are in inventory. Tests, bench-repairs, and evaluates slot machine monitors. Maintain other types of casino electronic devices. Conduct general maintenance and/or service on all machines and equipment. Examine defective machines to determine causes of malfunctions. Conduct daily inspections of machines and equipment. Participate in the programming or repair of progressive gaming and other electronic displays. Must be able to obtain and maintain and Iowa Gaming License.
