ISO Welder Auto Mechanic for a Mitsubishi Delica 94 L400

We have a 1994 L400 Mitsubishi Delica w/a Crystal Lite Roof. This is a right side driver lifted van from Japan that can be converted into a camper van. It's in excellent like new condition. : ) We would like to have different things done to it and need to find a good mechanic or welder or great auto worker or someone who has worked on converting a van into a camper. Right now we'd like to have a hitch installed onto it to use for a bike rack and maybe a trailer. We would also like to have a roof rack put onto it for kayaks, skiies, etc. Then we will need a ladder installed onto the hatch at some point too. : ). Eventually, we may want to take out all of the seats except 2 or 3 and make it into more of a camper van. It currently has seating for 7...2 in the front, 2 behind the front seats that turn 360 degrees and 2 that fold up and fit 3 seated. When all of the seats in the back are down you can sleep on them. : ). But for now we just want to start w/getting a hitch installed. : ). Please contact us if you can help w/any of the above!
