Apprentice/Successor Wanted to Inherent Book of Business and Become Part Owner We are a local, independent, window and exterior cleaning company serving Lynn and Benton counties. Currently, we are seeking an apprentice to learn all aspects of the business and replace the founder and owner/operator as the general manager and lead technician for our Oregon branch. Yes, we’re looking to hand our business over to a successor who can fit this position like a glove. A candidate with a good, solid, character is the most important factor for consideration for this opportunity. Experience in all aspects of the business is preferred, but not necessary. The service work is around 70% of the workload and can be physically demanding. It’s not recommended for those who have a fear of heights. Roughly 30% of the workload will be office work and other duties. This opportunity will give the selected candidate an apprenticeship, a trade, an income, and a clear path to business ownership with a valued position in the community. This is a rare and amazingly unique opportunity for the chosen candidate to build a high valued investment in their future and establish a healthy income for themselves for years to come. The opportunity to become a part owner exists once certain criteria are achieved. The apprentice will learn all aspects of the business including the roles of: technician, manager, and entrepreneur; while fulfilling the respective duties and endeavors of each role. This includes servicing and managing all existing client accounts as well as acquiring new ones. The apprentice will learn and implement sales and marketing, estimating, scheduling, servicing, quality control, invoicing, data entry, finance management, client relationship management, vendor relationship management, and facility and equipment maintenance. Once a paid training is complete, and after a preliminary trial period, the apprentice will graduate to the roll of general manager and lead technician assuming responsibly for the Oregon branch of the business. The General manager will be provided an office, a service van, all the necessary equipment, marketing materials, and a book of business to maintain and grow. Compensation will be up to 34% of every job while in this roll. If specified growth markers in the company’s revenue are generated the general manager will have the option to obtain ownership in the company.
