Local MH Park is seeking an experienced, available maintenance man. Must have 2+ years of experience, Valid ID, 2 references and transportation. Pay is dependent on experience ($10-$15 hr) Experience required in general in plumbing, flooring (subfloor, tiling, etc), electrical, installation of fixtures, painting, make ready, lawn maintenance/ tree trimming, trash pick up, demolition etc. The job hours will vary per job and job will be paid upon completion. This initially is "Part Time" but we are looking for the right and reliable person long term. Must be willing to work!
