Wauhatchie Woodlands is a young and thriving rustic resort of 25 vacation homes operating at the foot of Lookout Mountain. We are looking for a routine maintenance team member as one team member has received a promotion within the companies and is consequently relocating. Our goal is to deliver an environment for each guest to come into and make wonderful memories they hold onto for life. Consequently, we maintain high standards in spa care, HVAC care, and overall presentation. We invest in our team members as we invest in our business and love to see the growth of all. Daily tasks will include:
1) Spa water care - there are presently 18 hot tubs operating in Wauhatchie
2) HVAC cleaning and maintenance - performed as we are able on all 25 properties
3) Leaf blowing
4) General landscaping, weed eating
5) Light carpentry
This team member will work closely with the head over the grounds, a positive and encouraging manager to work with who pushes for Steller performance and high standards. The owner is also hands on involved.
This person must be dependable and trustworthy with decent people skills because you will be interacting with guests. While we are not on the hunt for a vast history of experience, we are looking for someone that likes to work and takes pride in what they do and how they lead and contribute. We are a quickly growing hospitality and retail organization with operations in four states and new acquisitions present and future.
Full time team members are eligible to recieve:
Training pay of 14 an hour. 15 an hour after 90 days
