PRO SHOP ATTENDANTS The Watertown Golf Club, Watertown, New York is looking to add motivated team members. Pro shop attendants will be responsible for assisting with duties involved in operating a public 18-hole facility. Full and part-time available. Benefits include golf privileges if averaging working 24 hours per week Responsibilities and Duties:  Opens and closes pro shop  Accurately books tee times over the phone, handles all guest inquiries  Cart rentals  Overseeing golfers on the course  Cleaning rental carts  Greets guests/golfers as they arrive in clubhouse, checks them in and takes payment  Processes all pro shop sales  Assists golfers with carts including removal and return to storage area  Occasionally fills temporary roles in other departments as business needs dictate  Working with other staff to be organized and staffed for leagues, tournaments, events, weekends, and all shifts Qualifications for All Positions: -Must be at least 18 years of age -Valid driver’s license -High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent. -Experience with golf facilities or related maintenance equipment preferred. -Knowledgeable about the game of golf -Must be a team player. -Must have excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. -Ability to work with the public in a courteous manner. -Must have good and proven communication skills.
