Starting Pay $15-$20/hr + Health and Benefits Looking to hire and train 2-4 individuals to assist crew leaders in installing injection foam insulation into existing homes. (This is not Spray Foam.) Qualified individuals should have some construction or home improvement experience/knowledge, must be unafraid to climb a ladder up to two stories high. Start each day at 730 on a box truck with 1-2 other employees, Monday through Friday and some Saturdays if desired. Load up, fuel up and drive to a residential property to install injection foam insulation into the exterior walls. You will be assisting the foam installer to load the trucks, open and close the holes around the perimeter of the home, install any fiberglass in attic or foundation, clean up the job site. Each home takes appox. 6-10 hours including drive time, so you will have some early days but you will have overtime too. We will train qualified candidates. Please have a valid DL.
