Remember when we used to be able to enjoy our yards? Have the windows open in the spring and summer? Let our children and pets play outside? Now all we hear is this dog barking at us and everything else. Owner doesn't care. Neither do the local Police. It's gotta stop. It's been 3 years (or more) now.
